Authorize Mayoral Signature on Warranty Deed Along with Associated <br /> Documents <br /> Brief discussion was had regarding the additional documents. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to <br /> Authorize Mayoral Signatures on the Warranty Deed Along with Associated <br /> Documents as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding whether in Mayor Paar's absence could the Acting Mayor, Council <br /> Member Love sign the needed documents. Consensus was that it seemed that the previous <br /> authorization for Mayoral signature would extend to the Acting Mayor in the absence of the <br /> current Mayor. <br /> III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Mayor Paar, seconded by Council Member Montain to Adiourn the Special <br /> Council Meeting of May 1, 2018 at 6:42 p.m. All in favor.
