CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville will consider requests for Re-Zone from R3 & BI to R2A, Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment, Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary <br /> Plat from Mr. Richard DeFoe and Liberty Land, LLC to construct 18 detached single-family <br /> townhomes/villas at 7265 & 7281 Main Street (R#15-31-22-44-0001 & PIN #R15-31-22-43- <br /> 0004). The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> The purpose of the meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above requests. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br /> interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. June 1, 2018.
