You may experience low water pressure or <br />discoloration of water. . Please 'note that this is only for a short period of <br />time and your normal water service will be restored. If you w~ clothes <br />during this .period of flushing, remember to check your washer at every <br />fiB cycle for "brown" water and discontinue the cycle until clear again. <br /> <br />Sewer Back-Up... <br /> <br />CALL THE CITY FIRSTI <br /> <br />The Centerville Public Works Department requests that any resident <br />experiencing a sewer backup immediately call the Public Works <br />Department, 429-4750, M-F 7:30-4:00 pm, so that the sewer main can be <br />checked for blockages. After hour assistanCe can be obtained by calling <br />Anoka County Dispatch at 323-5800. Remember - Call the Public Works <br />, \ Department Fll'St before calling a plumbing service. <br /> <br />~< Water Restriction Reminder <br /> <br />Effective May 1st through September 1st, lawn and gardening <br />watering is prohibited between the hours of 10:,00 am and 6:00 pm for all <br />residents on City water. OddIeven watering ban is effective before 10:00 <br />am. Violators may be charged $50.00 per day. <br /> <br />SUlDP Pump Dlsc~lIe Inspection <br /> <br />The City will be conducting a sump pump discharge inspection of <br />residences in an effort to reduce clear water inflow into our sanitary sewer <br />system and reduce treatment costs to the City. It is illegal to discharge <br />water from a sump pump into the sanitary sewer. All sump pumps must <br />be solid piped to the exterior of the building.so that the discharge water <br />will not conect in the s1reet Violators will be assessed $75.00 per month <br />until the discharge is corrected.
