Anl_al Control: All dogs are required to be licensed with the city when you become a resident of the community. This applies to all dogs that are at least six (6) months of age. Proof of current vaccination is required at the time of licens- ing. Animal must be under the control of the owner at all times. . This means on a leash or on your property. Barking, nuisance dogs are strictly prohibited. On-Street Paddng Prohibition: All on street parking is prohibited in the city between the hours of 3:00 am to 7:00 pm..This regulation is enforced year round. Residents who have a need to temporarily park a vehicle on the street during the above hours may request a permit from City Hall. Reereatlonal Vehicles: All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV's) are prohibited in the seven county metro area unless they are on private property with the owners permission. Snowmobiles are permitted to be operated within the community, but are strictly regulated.
