Over the past few weeks, we have been discussing a <br /> few things with the potential developer. After having our planning consultant review the plan, he sketched a <br /> slightly different alignment which offers a bit more connectivity and creativity to the plat. We have shared this <br /> sketch with the developer and he may look at implementing the change. Staff thought it would be worth <br /> discussing the revised concept with the P&Z Commission to get your input.
