The Planning and Zoning Commission previously reviewed a concept plan for this property. <br /> The submitted plan is substantially the same as what was presented at the concept level. <br /> The attached memo from our planning consultant walk through the background information and specific <br /> requests being made. Also attached are the detailed plans and some information on the builder. <br /> A public hearing on these requests is a part of the meeting agenda.
