Centerville 2040 <br /> CHAPTER 5- PARKS AND TRAILS <br /> The City adopted a Park and Pedestrian System Comprehensive Plan in 1989, <br /> which provides goals, a needs assessment, concept plans and operations and <br /> maintenance information related to the local park and trail system. That <br /> document and this Plan are intended to serve as a basis for decisions regarding <br /> future implementation of the City park system. <br /> The plan elements reflected in the Park and Trails Plan are based on goals and <br /> polices developed during the Comprehensive Plan update process.
