<br />Overnight Parking <br /> <br />The City of Centerville currently <br /> <br />does not allow parking on City streets <br />between 3:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. <br />During residential construction it <br />sometimes become difficult to park <br />off the street due to driveway <br />construciton or when wet condition <br />prevent parking on the private <br />property. In order to aid residents, <br />the City Council has approved an <br />administrative procedure whereby <br />residents can call City hall and <br />arrange a short term parking permit <br />during construction. The information <br />on the permit will be conveyed to the <br />Police Department so that they will <br />allow the temporary overnight <br />parking. The Fire District provides all <br />the requried training, pay for each <br />call and a pension plan. <br /> <br />If you care a person Iinving in the <br />Centervllle area with a desire to <br />become a fire fighter and are <br />available during the daytime hours, <br />Chief Bennett would like to hear from <br />you.
