<br />Possible amendment to Code, Section 154.016, New subsection F <br /> <br />Construction of one detached accessory building, not exceeding 200 square feet will be <br />considered an incidental alteration, and may be permitted in conjunction with a legal, <br />non-conforming use, provided its purpose is solely for storage and that setback, lot <br />coverage and other requirements of the district are complied with. <br />
