I <br />al happy to report that the transition has proceeded <br />sloothly. All of our patrol officers have indicated that <br />they are enjoying the cOllunity and the warl welcole that is <br />being extended to us by everyone. I especially appreciate <br />the sliles and waves that we see each lorning while working <br />with the crossing guards at the Centerville Ilelentary <br />School. <br /> <br />If there is a concern, it would be with the snowlobilers, <br />and to a lesser degree, the all terrain vehicles. Hhen I <br />have asked to see the required certificates, I have had <br />several youngsters respond, "What is a snowlobile safety <br />certificate?", He are also receiving cOlplaints frol the <br />local residents regarding snowlobiles. The single biggest <br />cOlplaint seels to involve trespassing upon the property of <br />another. <br /> <br />I have been an active snowlobile safety instructor for <br />allost fifteen years, and have worked closely ~ith the local <br />
