<br />CITY OF CENTERVIL~E <br />NEWSLETTER #87-1 NOVEMBER. 1987 <br /> <br />This is the first news Jetter for the City of Centerville. <br />Centerville is undergoing many changes, due to a recent growth <br />trend. The purpose of the newsletter is to help keep 'residents <br />informed of the happenings of the City. This newsletter is <br />scheduled to be sent out three times per year. Suggestions are" <br />we fcome . <br /> <br />SCHEDULED MEETINGS <br />City Council: Second and Fourth Wednesdays of each month.* <br />*Exceptions: November 23, 1987 versus November 25, 1987 <br />. Decemb~r 21, 1987 versus December 23, 1987 <br />Planning and Zoning Commission: First Tuesday of Each month.* <br />*Exception: Will also meet November 24, 1987 to discuss <br />amending Ordinance #4. <br />Park and Recreation Committee: Second Tuesday of Each month. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL WATER - On October 14, 1987 the City Council voted to <br />order the municipal water system, for direct use by the L'Allier <br />Estates II and Centerville Heights developments. Residentsalong <br />Mill Road who could at this time petition to hook up to this <br />system have been notified. Water availability to other current <br />residents is not an option at this time. All new developments <br />which come into the City must participate in the municipal'water <br />system. <br /> <br />CENT~R OAKS II - Seven new families have <br />II.
