There were reductions in anticipated <br /> administrative expenditures,but personnel and'building maintenance line-items were increased. <br /> Budgeted capital costs fbr"2019 are$450,615. Over half ofthis amount is dedicated to the 111 <br /> bond payment of$230,475. `11lie rcmainder is for Makito X transport systems and streaming <br /> servers for Cities,as°wireless mic systema.for Studio A,tripod systeraas for the truck, field <br /> equipment, office computers, software, software licenses, music licenses and annual systcru <br /> maintenance contracts. <br /> Franchise fees paid back to the Member-Cities are budgeted at $400,000. This is the same as last <br /> year's franchise fee payment. <br /> Recommendation: That the Member Cities approve the 2019 Commission Budget as <br /> recommended by the Telecommunications Commission and the <br /> Operations Committee. <br /> The Joint Powers Agreement states,"submitted budgets shall be deemed approved <br /> by a Member City airless,prior to October 15 preceding alae effective date of the <br /> proposed budget, the Member City gives notice in writing to the Commission that it is <br /> withdrawing from the Comanaission.
