Developer will extend each driveway to new LaValle Drive (except southerly of <br /> two Erik Marshal lots.) <br /> g. Developer will demolish gravel road and restore with black dirt and turf. <br /> h. Plat shall be revised to allow 50' of direct access to the northerly of the two lots <br /> owned by Erik Marshal. This will decrease the north side of Mr. DeFoe's lot. <br /> i. Plat shall be revised reduce the size of Outlot A to allow reasonably direct <br /> access to LaValle Drive for Mr. and Mrs. Zimney, so that this driveway may be <br /> straighter. <br /> 8) The developer shall address all comments of the Centerville Public Works Department, City <br /> Engineer, and Public Safety officials to their satisfaction. <br /> Some condition would apply. <br /> 9) The City will consider further reduced front setbacks for structures to the right-of-way on <br /> new LaValle Drive if necessary to achieve other conditions in this approval. <br /> The current plan has the some structure locations and setbacks as the previous <br /> plan. <br /> NEXT STEPS <br /> The City will work with the applicant on a development agreement that meets the conditions of <br /> approval prior to City Council action to approve the final plat.
