CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION#18-,040 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VARIANCE <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of Lot 6, Block 4 of Royal Meadows, in the City of Centerville, <br /> Anoka County, applied for a variance to constructed a portion of a driveway into a proscribed <br /> setback. <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 2018, the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission conveyed a <br /> public hearing on said application. Thereafter, the Commission recommended granting the <br /> requested variance in its written Findings and Decision, (attached as Exhibit A), and offered <br /> same to the City Council for consideration. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that the City of <br /> Centerville, DOES ADOPT the Findings and Decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br /> Exhibit A,and GRANT VARIANCE APPLICATION; <br /> AND, the Variance as set forth in the Findings and Decision of the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission, as attached in Exhibit A, shall be reduced to a recordable form that shall run with <br /> the land, and shall be on record with the Anoka County Recorder. <br /> THE VOTE OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION OF THIS RESOLTUION WAS <br /> UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 24th day of July,2018. <br /> Jeff Paar, <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> - 1 - <br />
