Sidewalks shall be included on the east side of Old Mill Road from the existing <br /> sidewalk to the south and the property's northern site boundary, on the south side <br /> of Street A, and on the north side of Street B. <br /> b. The proposed private road in the eastern portion of the development shall be <br /> public and meet the requirements of a public road. The section of private <br /> roadway to the north that meets the Street A cul-de-sac shall be eliminated with a <br /> new cul-de-sac.
