As an alternative, Ehlers will assist the City in the coordination with Bond Counsel in the preparation and delivery of necessary documents and resolutions for a fee of $750. · Closing Process The closing process of a bond issue involves the complex coordination and delivery of various documents between and among the underwriters, insurance agency, bankers, registrar, city, bond counsel and county auditor. As part of our base (ee, Ehlers will assist the City in the naming of the registrarlpaying agent and notification to the County Auditor as to the debt service and tax levy requirements of the bond issue. For a fee of $500, Ehlers will assist the City in the notification of and obtaining CUSIP numbers from the CUSIP Bureau.
