CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville will consider a request from Mr. Alex Shuda of Alex's Lawn & Turf, LLC to obtain <br /> an Amended Conditional Use Permit for additional outside storage bins and the sale of bulk <br /> landscaping materials at 7087 —20th Avenue associated with providing services for his business. <br /> The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br /> purpose of the meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br /> interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. August 30, 2018. All persons interested are invited <br /> to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
