The Minnesota Department of Transportation and Anoka County Parks have <br /> responded, saying they have no comments. Met Council has now submitted their <br /> comments and our consultant is working to address them. The City of Lino Lakes <br /> indicated their comments would be to us at the end of last week, but we have not yet seen <br /> them. <br /> Peltier Estates <br /> Staff received a call from an attorney for the developer, working on finalizing <br /> Homeowner's Association Documents. We are hopeful this is a sign that the <br /> development is moving forward towards construction. <br /> Ruffridge Johnson <br /> Construction is about half-way done with building and is on schedule. The last interior <br /> floor has been poured in the Shop area and exterior aprons and sidewalks are scheduled <br /> next. The first lift of paving should occur around the 20th of this month. Work continues <br /> on final grading, weather permitting. Interior office framing is almost complete and a <br /> target date of October has been set for substantial completion. <br /> Waterworks Site/DeFoe Property <br /> After receiving preliminary plat approval, the developer is working on an enchanced <br /> landscaping plan, further detailing the shoreline treatments, fencing and other common <br /> 28 <br />
