The meeting was opened to public comment, no <br /> one was present to speak with regard to the request- <br /> After everyone who wished to do so was given an opportunity to speak in regard to <br /> the project, a motion was made by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Koski to close the public hearing.All present voted in favor. The motion was declared <br /> passed. <br /> 2.
