Mr. George Eilertson,Northland Securities Bond Sale <br /> Mr. Eilertson stated that four (4) bids had been received this morning with United <br /> Bankers Bank, Bloomington, MN being the lowest bidder, the bond amount would be <br /> $1,385,000. Mr. Eilertson also stated that interest rates and associated underwriting <br /> expenses are lower than previously discussed allowing for a decrease in the anticipated <br /> bond amount of$1,390,000 and with decreasing the amount of that savings ($5,000) the <br /> City ultimately saved approximately $14,000 in interest alone. Mr. Eilertson also stated <br /> that it was in the Council's best interest to restructure its General Obligation Bond 2009B <br /> Series with replacement. <br /> Page 5 of 9 <br />
