To modify existing conditional use permit which allows for our landscaping and snow removal business <br /> to be run on site,to also allow retail sales of landscaping materials. Our landscaping business has been <br /> allowed to store material used in the business on site,and we are requesting authority to sell some of <br /> those materials directly to our customers.This would allow us to meet the needs of certain of our <br /> customers who have asked for the ability to directly purchase landscaping materials. The property is <br /> zoned B1 and this is an appropriate use for the parcel within the current zoning designation. This minor <br /> change would not materially affect the way we or the public uses this property. We would continue to <br /> operate the business within the hours currently approved and would continue to abide by all other <br /> applicable local ordinances. <br />
