Per the attached photo that was taken on 6/11/18 they currently have
24 bins which is well above what was initially approved in the
Conditional Use Permit. This business was portrayed to be a "lawn
business" where they housed their lawn equipment such as trucks,
trailers, lawnmowers etc. The business has changed and is now
providing bulk landscaping supplies as well as a snow removal during
the winter months which has created constant noise that is frequent
and often consistent throughout the day, 7 days per week. This type of
business does not belong near a residential neighborhood. Had this
business existed prior to the residential neighborhood being built then I
could somewhat understand the need to comply with their noise levels
however our neighborhood was well established before this business
existed.
There needs to be a resolution to this problem. I am not the only
homeowner who has these concerns and I look forward to hearing from
you regarding next steps in resolving this issue.
Thank you,
Tammy Bednar
Assistant Manager, Pankalo Education Center
Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District
tbednar@916schools.org
651-415-6301 (voice)
651-415-6310 (fax)
www.916schools.org
Confidentiality Statement: This email and any attachments may be
confidential or private data under state or federal law.
