The minutes from that meeting are attached hereto. The potential <br /> applicant has again requested an informal concept plan review for a similar proposal. The concept plan shows 4 <br /> mini-storage buildings on the site. The property is zoned B-1 and guided for Commercial use on the Future <br /> Land Use Map. Mini-storage is not allowed use in the B-1 district.
