We have fulfilled all obligations in the list below, including all special assessments with <br /> the sale of the final lot in May. Otherwise, as development as-built, public utilities and all other items have <br /> been met long ago. The last house build is covered under city ordnances as well as our development <br /> covenant, still in place.
