THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION #EDA 18-07 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EDA, CITY COUNCIL <br /> AND THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION ON OCTOBER 24, 2018 AT 7:00 <br /> P.M. OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> WHEREAS, Economic Development Authority met on October 17, 2018 and determined to Call <br /> a Special Meeting. <br /> WHEREAS, said Special Meeting would take place on October 24, 2018 immediately following <br /> the City of Centerville Council meeting (7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter). <br /> WHEREAS, said Special Meeting would include the City Council and members of the Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission. <br /> WHEREAS, said Special Meeting will review and discuss the Downtown Master Plan. <br /> THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS <br /> RESOLUTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville <br /> this 17th day of October, 2018. <br /> Jeff Hanzal, President <br /> Attest: <br /> Secretary, Teresa Bender <br /> 64 <br />
