THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION #EDA 18-08 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MR. GARY SPANIER'S VERBAL RESIGNATION <br /> REQUEST <br /> WHEREAS, Economic Development Authority met on October 17, 2018 and considered <br /> Executive Director Statz' review of his telephone conversation with Mr. Spanier regarding his <br /> desire to resign. <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director along with all members of the Commission will attempt to <br /> recruit members of the public who would be suited for the vacant position until such time as it is <br /> filled. <br /> THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS <br /> RESOLUTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville <br /> this 17th day of October, 2018. <br /> Jeff Hanzal, President <br /> Attest: <br /> Secretary, Teresa Bender <br /> 66 <br />
