They are currently zoned B-1 and R-3, respectively. The <br /> development will be completed through the use of a Planned Unit Development. However, it is appropriate that <br /> an underlying zoning for that PUD, be established. The Planning Commission held a public hearing at their <br /> June 5, 2018 regular meeting and took input. At their July 10, 2018 meeting, they issued a Findings of Fact(as <br /> contained in the attached Stantec memo, dated 7/10/2018) and recommended approval of the rezoning of the <br /> two parcels, each to R-2A zoning. <br /> COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br /> N/A <br /> REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> Motion to adopt Ordinance 492, Second Series, and the Findings of Fact as approved by the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission.
