CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> REQUEST FOR <br /> COUNCIL ACTION Verville <br /> Agenda Item# Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br /> Planning 10/24/18 <br /> TITLE OF ISSUE: <br /> Bay View Villas - Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development <br /> BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br /> The development will be completed through the use of a Planned Unit Development. City Code authorizes the <br /> use of a Planned Unit Development, only as a Conditional Use. Attached is a Conditional Use Permit(CUP) <br /> for the Planned Unit Development, to be known as Bay View Villas. This permit runs with the land, in <br /> perpetuity, subject to the conditions within the permit. The Planning Commission held a public hearing at their <br /> June 5, 2018 regular meeting and took input on the CUP. At their July 10, 2018 meeting, they issued a <br /> Findings of Fact(as contained in the attached Stantec memo, dated 7/10/2018) and recommended approval of <br /> the draft Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development. <br /> COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br /> N/A <br /> REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> Motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development, and the Findings of Fact as <br /> approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
