A RESOLUTION ESTABLISIIING PRECINCT AND POLLING LOCATION <br /> FOR THE 2019 ELECTION YEAR <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 20413.16, subd. 1 requires the governing body of each <br /> municipality to designate by ordinance or resolution each year no later than December 31, <br /> polling places for each election precinct, and <br /> WHEREAS, the polling places designated by resolution in December of each year are <br /> the polling places to be used for elections in the following calendar year, and <br /> MINNESOTA,NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> 1. The polling place for Precinct 1 shall be located at St. Genevieve's Community <br /> Parish Center located at 6995 Centerville Road for the calendar year 2019. <br /> 2.
