James had an Nevada license and applied for a MN License in July and <br /> apparently the State sent it to the wrong address and they will be re-issuing another to him. Meanwhile, James <br /> did pass the written CDL test but is unable to take the driving portion due to the State not issuing a MN License <br /> number to him.
