Since that time, we have received feedback from the following agencies: <br /> 1. Metropolitan Council <br /> 2. MnDOT <br /> 3. Lino Lakes <br /> 4. Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> 5. Anoka County Parks/Transportation <br /> The City of Lino Lakes provided comment specifically on the medium density residential district and the <br /> proposed densities in Centerville's plan. Centerville's draft plan indicated the medium density <br /> residential district would allow for densities at 3 to 15 dwelling units/acre. Lino Lakes indicated that this <br /> land abuts land guided in Lino Lakes as mixed use (8-15) units per acre, Medium Density(4.0 to 5.9) <br /> units per acre and low density(1.6 to 3.9) units per acre. That site now has an approved Preliminary Plat for a <br /> 44 <br />
