In <br /> addition to those positions covered by the matrix, the following pay adjustments are <br /> recommended for approval: <br /> Job 2018 2019 <br /> Part Time Rink Attendant $9.50/hr $10.00/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works Staff $10.50/hr $10.75/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works (1 yr exp.) $11.00/hr $11.25/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works (2 yr exp.) $12.00/hr $12.25/hr <br /> P&R Secretary $12.00/hr $12.25/hr <br /> Part Time Custodian $12.50/hr $12.75/hr <br /> PT Office Assistant $16.00/hr Grade 2—Step 1 ($15.65) <br /> Part Time Finance Director $75.00/hr Grade 13 —Step 7 ($46.99) <br /> Members of labor unions are covered under a separate agreement for salary adjustment <br /> and are not affected by the adoption of these pay rates. Staff is also seeking approval of <br /> an increase in the Cafeteria Plan Contribution from $1070/month to $1090/month, for full <br /> time, non-union employees, in parallel to the union's increase. Pay and benefit <br /> adjustments, if approved, will be made effective on the first of the year. <br /> It is understood that exempt employees, covered by the pay matrix, earn a salary of the <br /> hourly rate listed in the matrix, multiplied by 2080, regardless of the hours worked. <br /> 63 <br />
