City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> March 22, 2006 <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that the options will be added if Lino Lakes does not come <br />forward with a plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Resolution ###. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Mr. Jeff Hanzal – 7381 Old Mill Road – Request for Feasibility Study <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Mr. Hanzal has submitted a request for <br />Feasibility Study and a check for the $5,000 for the preliminary engineering work. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />authorize the City Engineer to proceed with the Feasibility Study as per the request <br />of Mr. Hanzal in an amount not to exceed $5,000. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Easter Egg Hunt <br /> <br /> Mr. Kieselhorst indicated he would provide the insurance information to Staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve the Special Events Permit contingent upon meeting Staff requirements and <br />providing proof of insurance. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Kieselhorst asked for permission to use the City logo for the buttons again this year. <br /> <br />Council agreed. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 1. Business Person/Citizen of the Year <br /> <br />Mayor Capra provided information on the criteria that was used previously for <br />nominating the business person and citizen of the year. She then asked Council to review <br />it for further discussion in April. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra agreed to work with Council Member Paar on the Business Appreciation <br />Dinner. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated the mailing list from the EDC is available. <br /> <br />Council agreed to do it again this year and Council Member Terway agreed to help. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
