There are several interpretive signs in Hidden Springs Park which have deteriorated <br /> over the years and should be replaced. In addition there are new signs which need to <br /> be installed in Trailside Park. No action was taken. <br /> 2. Long Term Capital Improvement Plan <br /> A draft of this document was presented to the committee members for their review <br /> and recommendations for additions, subtractions or shifting of implementation dates <br /> over the next few months. Mr. Statz gave the committee members an explanation <br /> and there was discussion. Once this document has been adopted there should be <br /> regular reviews in order to keep it up to date. <br /> 3. Movie in the Park <br /> Motion was made by Committee Chair Wae2he, seconded by Committee <br /> member Bettinger to schedule the Movie in the Park for September 22nd with a <br /> rain date of September 29th and to have the committee select an appropriate <br /> movie and rent a prosector with costs not to exceed $650.00. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 1. July 11, 2018 Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> a. Under New Committee Business: 42. Under motion: Add seconded by <br /> Committee Member Seeley. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Errickson-Grahek, seconded by <br /> Committee Member Bettinger, with Committee Member Peterson abstaining, to <br /> approve the Minutes of the July 11, 2018 regular meeting as Amended.
