CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its reguto <br /> meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Commissioner Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> Commissioner Mark Haiden IN <br /> 0 U <br /> Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Commissioner Kim Ganzel <br /> Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> ABSENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> STAFF: City Administrator/Engineer Mark Statz <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: City Council Liaison Russ Koski <br /> L CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Chair <br /> Haiden. <br /> 1. Roll Call- All present except Chair Moser. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> No changes to the agenda were requested. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, seconded by Commissioner Olson to <br /> Approve the Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANCES <br /> 1. None. <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 1. None. <br /> VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Alex's Lawn and Turf, LLC—Conditional Use Permit Amendment Application <br /> Administrator Statz addressed the commission, stating that the city had received a letter <br /> from Alex's attorney stating that they considered their application for a revised CUP to be <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
