In accordance with your request, DNR Water Appropriation Permit 1991-6246 has been amended to <br /> reflect an increase in the authorized volume from 108.0 million gallons per year to a volume of 140 million <br /> gallons per year for the municipal water supply ofthe City ofCenterville, Minnesota. <br /> VVeask that you read the Conditions ofyour amended permit carefully. The City ofCenterville isrequired Loto <br /> measure water levels in Installation#I (unique well number 511091) and in installation#2 (unique well number <br /> 512748) on a monthly basis and submit the recorded data to the Observation Well Manager,Tim Ouan at <br /> nnanannual basis. The water level measurements must betothe nearest O.O1 <br /> foot and include the dates and times ofthe water level measurements.
