COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Resolution# 18-20 <br /> A RESOLUTION DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO PAY CERTAIN CLAIMS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council desires to pay claims in a timely manner; and <br /> WHEREAS,the city has established internal accounting and administrative control <br /> procedures to ensure the proper disbursement of public funds and provides for council review <br /> of the City Administrator's actions at the next meeting;and <br /> WHEREAS,the city prepares annual audited financial statements certified by an <br /> independent public accountant; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Centerville, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,that the authority to pay regularly <br /> recurring claims when the interval between meetings exceeds three weeks due to <br /> cancellation of a regularly scheduled meeting is hereby delegated to the City <br /> Administrator or his designee. <br /> Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 12th day of December,2018. <br /> Mayor,Jeff Paar <br /> f/ <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> 47 <br />
