COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Resolution# 18-_9L <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PAY PLAN FOR 2019 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS,the 2019 General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy were adopted by the <br /> City Council of the City of Centerville on November 28,2018; and <br /> WHEREAS,the 2019 General Fund Budget includes an assumption of a general 2.5% <br /> increase in wage levels; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Centerville,County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,that the Pay Plan is hereby adopted <br /> with a 2.5%increase for the Pay Equity schedule for all full-time non-union employees <br /> as shown on the attached schedule;and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following be paid at the rates shown in the <br /> following table: <br /> Job 2018 2019 <br /> Part Time Rink Attendant $9.50/hr $10.00/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works Staff $10.50/hr $10.75/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works(1 yr exp.) $11.00/hr $11.25/hr <br /> Seasonal Public Works(2 yr exp.) $12.00/hr $12.25/hr <br /> P&R Secretary $12.00/hr $12.25/hr <br /> Part Time Custodian $12.50/hr $12.75/hr <br /> PT Office Assistant $16.00/hr Grade 2—Step 1 ($15.65) <br /> Part Time Finance Director $75.00/hr Grade 13—Step 7 ($46.99) <br /> Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 12th day of December,2018. <br /> Mayor,Jeff P <br /> City Clerk,Teresa Bender <br /> 71 <br />
