CALL TO ORDER <br /> President Hanzal called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> The order of the agenda was changed to allow the presentation by Northland Securities to go <br /> first. <br /> Motion by Commission Member Weatherhead, seconded by Commission Member King to <br /> approve the re-order of the agenda to hear New Business; Item 1 ahead of old Business. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> President Hanzal asked if anyone had changes to the minutes for the September 19, 2018 <br /> meeting. Hearing none, he entertained a motion for approval. <br /> Motion by Commission Member Weatherhead, seconded by Commission Member Hanzal <br /> to approve the Minutes of the September 19, 2018 Meeting as presented. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Hanzal asked if anyone had changes to the minutes for the October 17, 2018 meeting. <br /> Hearing none, he entertained a motion for approval. <br />
