THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION#EDA 18-03 <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING REGULAR MEETING DATES <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br /> Centerville,the Commission shall schedule the regular meetings by resolution. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 27, 2018, the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br /> Centerville convened its first meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that the Board of <br /> Commissioners shall hold its Regular meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 <br /> p.m. The Commission may reschedule the date of any Regular meeting where in conflict with a <br /> legal holiday, where required by law,or where it is efficient and necessary. <br /> THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS <br /> RESOLTUION WAS UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville <br /> this 27th day of August, 2018. <br /> Je ,Pres' <br /> Attest: <br /> Secretary, Teresa ender <br />
