THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION#EDA 18-02 <br /> RESOLUTION SELECTING OFFICERS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br /> Centerville, officers shall be appointed annually. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 27, 2018, the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br /> Centerville convened its first meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that the Board of <br /> Commissioners,names its Officers as follows: <br /> President: Jeff Hanzal <br /> Vice-President: Jim Weatherhead <br /> Treasurer: Gary Spanier <br /> Assistant Treasurer: Bruce DeJong <br /> Secretary: Teresa Bender <br /> THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS <br /> RESOLTUION WAS UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville <br /> this 27th day of August, 2018. <br /> Jeff res <br /> Attest: <br /> Secretary,Teresa Bender <br />
