City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 9,2019 <br /> Council Member Love would remain Acting Mayor, that Administrator Statz, Mayor Paar and <br /> Acting Mayor Love would remain check signers, Council Member Montain would remain on <br /> Anoka County Fire Protection Council with Council Members Love and Koski serving as <br /> alternates, Council Member Koski and Council Member Lakso will serve on the Centennial Fire <br /> District Steering Committee with Mayor Paar serving as alternate, Mayor Paar and Council <br /> Member Love will remain on Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board with <br /> Council Member Koski serving as alternate, Council Member Montain will serve on the North <br /> Metro Telecommunications Commission with Mayor Paar serving as alternate, Mayor Paar will <br /> remain on the Rush Line Corridor with Council Member Love serving as alternate, City <br /> Administrator Statz and Mayor Paar would both be serving on the I35 W/E Coalition and Mayor <br /> Paar would remain serving as the Weed Inspector. <br /> It was also determined that Council Members Lakso and Love would serve on the EDA, Council <br /> Member Lakso would serve as the Parks & Recreation Committee Liaison with Council Member <br /> Montain serving as the alternate, Council Member Koski would serve as the Planning & Zoning <br /> Commission Liaison with Mayor Paar serving as alternate. It was noted that the Personnel <br /> Committee should be added to the listing of 2019 Appointments with City Attorney Glaser, <br /> Mayor Paar, Council Member Montain serving with Council Member Love serving as alternate. <br /> Mayor Paar requested that this item be discussed in the upcoming years at a work session as it is <br /> a lengthy task. <br /> Motion by Mayor Paar, seconded by Council Member Koski to Adopt Res. #19-OXX—2019 <br /> Appointments as Noted and the Inclusion of the Personnel Board. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> V. Public Hearing <br /> 1. None <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 1. December 26, 2018 Special City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br /> the December 26, 2018 City Council meeting minutes as presented.
