Attached is the special permit <br /> application for the 5K and 8K runs. The date and time are July 20th 7:30 to 8:30 A.M. <br /> We know that this request requires an insurance certificate. That will come from the City Clerk about a month before <br /> the event. <br /> As in prior years, if some one else wants to reserve park facilities that should not present a conflict with this use. <br /> As a matter of full disclosure; This run is a Centerville Parks and Recreation Committee event.
