The revised Preliminary Plat would <br /> simply have two phases. This does not preclude the eastern area from being platted at some time in the future, <br /> but would necessitate any subdivision of that land to go through the full preliminary plat approval and <br /> permitting process. The currently approved Preliminary Plat requires too much wetland fill to move the project <br /> forward in 2019. <br /> COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br /> N/A <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> Motion to recommend approval of the revised Preliminary Plat, with all of the conditions contained in the <br /> original Preliminary Plat approval except Condition#2 (pertaining to the easterly lots).
