January 28, 2019 City of Centerville 1880 Main Street Centerville, MN 55038 Re: Lawn Care Bid To Whom It May Concern; Thank you for giving me the opportunity to submit this proposal to provide you with lawn care for the City of Centerville. The pricing for the city is outlined on the next page.The price will be per application for fertilizing and broadleaf weed control, as well as crabgrass pre-emergent in the spring. We will be using both liquid, and granular fertilizer with liquid weed control.The fall application of granular fertilizer will have a mixture of organic in it. The granular fertilizer will help with sustained feeding which will help minimize surge growth. Surge growth can lead to increased mowing frequency, plus weaken the plant and make it vulnerable to disease, insect, and drought problems. We use stabilized Nitrogen as well as lower salt index potassium sources and micronutrients, in our liquid application, compared to other companies who do not. The stabilized Nitrogen will help with reduced flush growth, compared to non-stabilized liquid fertilizer sources.
