The Developer's Agreement, Homeowner's Association documents, <br /> Landscape Plan and other items are still being worked on by the developer and city staff <br /> These documents must be submitted, reviewed and approved, prior to recording of the <br /> final plat. <br /> Old Mill Estates <br /> The developer's request for a change in the Preliminary Plat, to eliminate the easterly lots <br /> was approved by the Planning Commission and is on this City Council agenda. City staff <br /> and the developer continue working on the Developer's Agreement and related <br /> documents, prior to bringing a Final Plat forward for approval. <br /> Block 7 Property <br /> One of the previously interested parties for the Block 7 property has re-engaged in <br /> conversations with city staff and our realtor. They are developing a concept plan for the <br /> site and intend to submit it for review at an upcoming meeting. <br /> General Downtown Redevelopment Interest <br /> City staff met with a prospective business owner who was looking at opening a bakery in <br /> the downtown. They were interested in the Vincenzio's Catering site for a remodel <br /> opportunity. We also discussed the smaller parcels along Main Street, near the school as <br /> possibilities for new construction if the remodeling opportunity does not work out. Staff <br /> also directed them to assistance through Open to Business and the Chamber of <br /> Commerce. <br /> Commerce Drive Property <br /> Negotiations on the possible purchase of the Commerce Drive site by Midwest Best <br /> Water continue. City staff is working to address questions from the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission on various zoning scenarios for this site and others on the 20th Ave. <br /> Corridor. <br /> CODE ENFORCEMENT —RESIDENTIAL <br /> General <br /> • None <br /> 48 <br />
