In particular, staff has become aware of <br />several properties in the downtown area that are up for sale. Before we dedicate a lot of <br />staff and EDA meeting time to analyzing various redevelopment opportunities associated <br />with these properties, we would like to gauge the Council's overall interest in purchasing <br />property for the purposes of spurring redevelopment. <br />This topic is being handled during a closed session to allow for discussion of specific <br />properties and their pricing. <br />Sincerely, %f <br />/0� /, <br />Mark R.
