We plan to have those <br /> proposals presented at the April 2, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. From <br /> there, Planning and Zoning Commission would make a recommendation to the City <br /> Council on a preferred developer. Once a developer is chosen, we would work with our <br /> real estate broker to negotiate a purchase agreement or memorandum of understanding to <br /> move the project to the due diligence phase. <br /> Commerce Drive Property <br /> At the last City Council meeting, the Council authorized City Staff to negotiate a final <br /> purchase agreement with Midwest Best Water.
