CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> & COUNCIL MEETING <br /> February 27, 2019 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting on February 27, 2019 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> Council Member D. Love 14 <br /> Council Member Russ Koski <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> WORK SESSION <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Capital& General Expenditures Policy Review <br /> Administrator Statz reviewed the policy with Council. <br /> Lengthy discussion was had regarding language, Council recommended that amendments be <br /> made to simplify the policy and clarify a few items. Administrator Statz was directed to bring <br /> back a draft of the amended policy. <br /> 2. City Survey <br /> Administrator Statz stated that he included a copy of the 2007 survey that was completed by <br /> Decision Resources and stated that an additional survey had been completed some years prior. <br /> Administrator Statz felt that maybe Council would like to complete another to gain input from <br /> residents. <br /> Consensus of Council was to very inexpensively complete a 5-question, thoughtfully-pointed <br /> survey through Survey Monkey or etc. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> I.
