Centerville Community Volunteer Opportunities <br /> A list of proposed volunteer opportunities was distributed to the committee members <br /> and information was also included with the quarterly utility bill. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> Motion by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Peterson to <br /> approve the Minutes of the December 5, 2018 regular meeting with the following <br /> corrections: under IV. Unfinished Business #2, 2nd motion change spelling <br /> Eriicksen to Errickson; under V. New Business, #3, last line removey from 20th; <br /> under VII Updates, #4, add a space between n & G (Rain Gardens); under <br /> Adiournment, XI delete the second n from Errickson. Allin favor. Motion carried. <br /> VII. UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> 1. Council Updates —Council Member Montain <br /> a. Council Member Montain has volunteered to remain as the liaison to the P & <br /> R Committee for 2019. <br /> 2. Staff Updates <br /> a. Interpretive Signs in Hidden Spring & Trailside Parks; <br /> b. Ice Skating Rink—ideas for improvements & cost savings/efficiency; <br /> c. More communication/coordination between the P & R chair& City liaison; <br /> d. Potential for Centerville Farmers Market,possibly at elementary school on Thursday <br /> evenings during August to September; <br /> e. City Wide Garage Sales (Spring & Fall??); <br /> f. Provide food trucks during water ski shows <br /> 3. P & R Vacancy <br /> The city is continuing to accept applications for the position. <br /> VIII.
